The full-scale war in Ukraine has been raging for 4 years. It has been 1,545 days filled with danger, anxiety, and a relentless fight for survival. Over this time, millions of Ukrainian children have been left homeless, deprived of the opportunity to learn, and stripped of access to healthcare and even clean drinking water. Bomb shelters have replaced their bedrooms, subway benches have become their beds, and air raid sirens have taken the place of school bells. This is how mercilessly the hostilities are stealing childhood from young Ukrainians.
